Step 2: Customize Your Product
- Choose from our extensive range of apparel and accessories. Specify your custom requirements such as size, color, and design preferences.
- You can even place less complex orders with our custom product designer.
- For services like graphic design or web-store creation, outline your vision and objectives.
Step 3: Submit Your Design or Request Assistance
- Upload your design directly through our website for simple orders. Or, send us a email with you images. If you don’t have a design, our team of expert graphic designers is here to help you create one. You can always book a consultation if you need help.
Step 4: Get a Quote
- Once we have your specifications, we'll provide you with a detailed quote. This will include pricing, production timeline, and any other relevant information.
Step 5: Approve and Pay
- After reviewing your quote, you can approve and proceed to payment. We offer various secure payment options for your convenience.
Step 6: Production and Fulfillment
- Upon payment, we will begin the production process. We'll keep you updated every step of the way, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- Our general production timeline is 14-days, but we offer rush (10-day) and express (7-day) services as well for an additional charge (25% and 50% respectively).
Step 7: Delivery
- Once your order is ready, you can pick it from any of our 3 convenient locations or we can ship it to you directly. We ensure every order is securely packaged and delivered on time.
