Q: How much does it cost to make a custom tee? Is it cheaper to embroider or print?
A: VisuallyPaired offers the best prices. If you get a quote from Custom Ink, Printly, or any other large distributors, please contact us directly for a price match.
Apparel production prices are determined by:
-The total number of ink colors needed for printing.
-The total quantity of items in your order.
-Blank apparel used.
-Method of production (Printing or Embroidery; embroidery is a little more expensive)
-Other factors such as personalization (adding personalized names and/or numbers to your items) or
special requests
Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order.
Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings. Reducing the number of ink colors in your
design can also lead to significant savings.
Q: How many items do I have to order?
A: Here at VisuallyPaired, we have NO MINIMUM ORDER. We understand that your needs are unique to you and we want to be able to provide everyone with what they need at the best price possible. Printing and Embroidery single print submissions can be done through our custom design editor. To reduce the costs of single prints, please consider increasing the quantity of your order to 10+ for Embroidery and 20+ for printing to receive our bulk pricing discounts.
Q: What if I don’t find a blank product that I like on your site?
A: We at VisuallyPaired offer over 1000+ product blanks. If you don’t find something you like on your site, please contact us directly or book an appointment and we can show you more options from our product catalogs and work with you to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Q: How do I design my own t-shirt? How can I get help with my design?
A: Our custom design editor is a one-stop shop for all design needs. Need help?
We offer custom graphic and embroidery designs. Please contact us via email or set up a free consultation.
Q: How can I be sure my design will be centered?
A: We automatically center, left/right adjust, and place all designs to make sure they sit properly when you are wearing your shirt. If you have any concerns over placement or want to do things a little different, you can send your exact placement details in your order notes or you can reach out to us via email or Instagram: @pairedvisually
Q: Can I get a sample before I order?
A: For all orders below 20 units, VisuallyPaired can mail a sample blank for a fee, please contact us contact@visuallypaired.com
For orders above 20+, VisuallyPaired offers a 3 step review process, which can be done over a video call. Please contact us and we’d be happy to go over the process.
Q: How do I order my design with different products, colors,
or styles?
A: Just shoot us an email and we will work with you to get you exactly what you want. If you want to chat live book an appointment now.
Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: At VisuallyPaired we understand the importance of getting what you want. Our products are reviewed by multiple Quality Assurance experts prior to delivery. If you received a product that you believe is not up to our quality standard or within your 3-stage review, please contact us.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: For returns, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted for incorrect items dispatched, not for change-of-mind. Please ensure that your returned item is unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated via email at contact@visuallypaired.com. We'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions only for incorrectly dispatched items.
Certain goods are excluded from being returned: perishable goods, special orders, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
On receipt of your return, we will inspect and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. For any queries or if your refund isn't processed after 15 business days from approval, reach out to us at contact@visuallypaired.com.
